When is the event
happening? 
Our next event will take place in January 13 & 14, 2025.
Is it virtual or
in-person?
The best of both worlds. All event meetings are held virtual. So you can attend from anywhere, without missing a single meeting or session. However, attendees are encouraged to visit a “hub property” during the event and have a true independent hotel experience.
Will there be events or meet-ups at the properties? 
We will connect attendees visiting the same property in advance of the event. You are encouraged to gather and connect during your stay. Hub properties may have some surprises, offer site tours, or meetings with their staff.

Each experience will be unique to the property, and we love that.  Stay tuned for more information about our hub properties.
When will registration open? 
Join our waitlist to be the first to know when registration opens. 
It says apply to attend, what does that mean? 
Advisors will be asked to provide details about their business and interests. And hoteliers, about their properties and experiences they offer. We will pre-vet and accept attendees who will be most valuable to each other. 
How many hotels and advisors will attend? 
There is space for just 100 hotels and 100 advisors to attend, allowing everyone to meet everyone.  
What is the format of the conference? 
1:1 meetings are scheduled in advance of the event. Meetings are technology-empowered platform that seamlessly moves you between meetings.
What is the
cost? 
Detailed information about cost to attend will be provided at the time of registration.
